Associate Principal Application Operations (Digital)

The Principal Application Operations (Digital) is responsible for ensuring the stability, availability and performance of all critical digital platforms. This role oversees end-to-end operational health across mobile web, APIs, CRM and ERP systems acting as a production gatekeeper while driving continuous improvement, automation and operational excellence.

• Ensure end-to-end availability, stability and performance of digital applications.
• Drive proactive monitoring across application infrastructure, database and network layers.
• Lead incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Act as the production gatekeeper for deployments and releases.
• Own Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and execute regular DR testing.
