In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Post Production Coordinator who plays a key support role across advertising post‑production projects, providing operational, project, and financial support to post‑production teams across all US locations.

This role is responsible for coordinating jobs and schedules, supporting budget management, overseeing post‑production processes, ensuring proper documentation, managing job closures, vendor payments, and final client invoicing.

The Post Production Coordinator works closely with producing teams on a daily basis to ensure smooth project execution, accurate financial tracking, and adherence to established workflows and service standards.
