The Team: We are a global Revenue Operations team with presence in Pakistan, India and the Philippines. We support the commercial front-line team in the Order-to-Cash process by submitting quotes, generating contracts, and liaising with OTC teams such as legal, Order Management, Fulfillment, and Client Financial Relations.

Responsibilities and Impact

• Optimize revenue generation and enhance the commercial buying experience through efficient operations and client-centric solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, participate in agile ceremonies, and support feature prioritization based on business goals and user impact.
• Lead and participate in cross-team projects to reduce order return rates, manage suspensions, and address billing requests, improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
