This role requires 2 days per week in the office and is based in Munich or Berlin.

We're seeking a German-speaking Associate PMM to join Personio as we become the category leader in HR software for SMEs. The PMM team is a scarce and high-impact team — and this role exists to grow that capacity while giving someone the broadest possible foundation in the craft.

Over 6 to 12 months, you'll rotate across our most strategic product areas — including Core PMM, AI, and Payroll — developing hands-on skills across the four core PMM competencies: messaging and positioning, go-to-market, research and insights, and sales enablement. At t...
