Associate - Property Management and Leasing (UAE Nationals)

Job Purpose

Support the VP – Property Management, I&L and the Head of I&L in driving the operational, financial, and tenant performance of Aldar’s I&L portfolio.

Lead the execution of property management activities across assigned assets, ensuring efficient day‑to‑day operations, high service delivery standards, and alignment with asset management objectives across logistics parks, BTS assets, and multi‑tenant developments.

• Support the VP – Property Management, I&L and Head of I&L in implementing Aldar’s I&L property management framework
