Strategic Planning  : Developing and implementing a strategic plan for facilities and real estate management aligned with the organizations overall goals and objectives. This involves assessing current and future space needs, analysing market trends, and formulating long-term plans for optimizing the organizations real estate portfolio. Transition Management  : Smooth handover form project. Design submittals (floor plan layout, MEP drawings, DBR, TDS, etc.). Collection of relevant compliance/ AMC/ warranty documents. Ensuring proper installation, testing commissioning of all MEP equipment s, Fire Alarm system, Access system, CCTV, BMS etc. Utilities like Chiller plants, Transformers, AHUs, Compressors, Generator, Cooling Towers, Pumps, HVAC, STP, etc. Review SOP/ Check-sheets of equipment / services prepared by Property Management team.
