Associate Release Manager/senior Release Coordinator (Medellín)

N-iX is looking for a motivated and experienced Associate Release Manager/Senior Release Coordinator to join our value team. Our client is a forward‑thinking, growth‑oriented healthcare services and technology company that provides state‑of‑the‑art pharmacy solutions. The Release Coordinator will coordinate, monitor, and communicate the Software Releases from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate releases, ensure their initiatives, and quality, and make sure that all timelines are met
• Coordinate cross‑departmental release management activities and deliverables
• Schedule and Facilitate daily/weekly/bi‑weekly Scrum meetings/events
• Act as a Single Point Of Contact for multiple teams (3 to 4 teams)
• Work in tight collaboration with Developers, QA Engineers, Product Managers, Technical Leads, QA Leads, the Release Management Team, and more
• Support release execution by monitoring each phase of the release
