Role
We are looking for an Associate to join our Transaction Advisory and General Corporate practice. The role involves end-to-end work on M&A transactions, VC deals, and FEMA matters, alongside general corporate advisory. You will work directly with partners, with real ownership of work from day one.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years PQE with meaningful transaction experience
- Strong foundation in corporate law, M&A, and FEMA
