Associate Scientist – Cell Biology in Translational Research

We are currently looking for an Associate Scientist, Mechanistic Pharmacology (cardiovascular, renal and hematology) to join our team in Schlieren, ZH.

Key Tasks

• Execute hands‑on development of human in vitro models and functional assays to support translational research programs.
• Generate high‑quality data to characterize the mode of action of novel therapeutic candidates across cardiovascular, renal, and hematology indications.
• Independently perform cell culture and functional assay workflows with strong attention to scientific rigor, data quality, and reproducibility.
• Contribute to the design, optimisation, and continuous improvement of experimental approaches and assay performance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of experimental work and support implementation of laboratory best practices and quality standards.
