About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Associate to join our Venture Growth Evergreen (VGE) team to focus on secondary transactions in our New York office. The firm has been investing in private markets since 2003 and launched its first dedicated private capital fund in 2014. Today, the privates team manages approximately $11 billion in assets and it is the fastest growing investment group within Wellington. Venture Growth Evergreen is a new strategy focused on investing in a highly diversified portfolio of growth and venture stage businesses in a perpetual vehicle targeting the wealth management channel.
