Qualifications
We are looking for a dynamic lawyer to join our Global Financial Markets practice in Sydney.
Key Requirements:
Ideally 2 - 4 PQE (UK notional), commonwealth qualified
Demonstrated expertise in transactional work within one or more of the following areas: general banking, infrastructure/project finance, leveraged finance, restructuring, asset finance, or structured finance.
