The Team
The Dispute Resolution team handles some of the most sophisticated and high‑profile disputes in the market, including:
- International arbitration across major global institutions
- Digital assets disputes and emerging technology matters
- Enforcement and asset recovery
- Multi‑jurisdictional, strategically sensitive disputes involving parallel proceedings
The team advises a premium client base including corporates, UHNWIs, family offices, financial institutions and sovereign‑linked entities.
