Job Description

• Assist the teacher in delivering lessons by supporting individual or small groups of students.
• Organize and distribute learning materials, set up audio-visual equipment, and prepare project resources.
• Supervise students during teacher‑led activities and provide one‑on‑one instructional support when needed.
• Maintain classroom supplies and assist children in using materials, cleaning up, and organizing their workspaces.
• Support reading, literacy, numeracy, and phonics activities under teacher guidance.
• Cover classes during short teacher absences (emergency only), following the given lesson plans.
