Job Description
At Kiwibank, our Financial Markets team helps New Zealand businesses and customers manage foreign exchange and interest rate risk, supporting our purpose of making Kiwi better off. As an Associate Trader, you will step into a development focused role designed to grow your technical capability, commercial confidence, and market insight.
You will support the Trader in managing foreign exchange and interest rate risk, execute and book trades within approved limits, and help ensure the smooth day to day running of the trading book. You will monitor global markets, assist with pricing and customer flow activity, contribute to end of day reporting, and support the preparation of market commentary and insights. Working closely with your peers you will play a key role in accuracy, control, and risk management while building strong foundations in trading, execution, and systems.
