What is the opportunity?RBC Capital Markets is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Associate to join the Change the Bank (CTB) group with Transaction services. The successful candidate will work on various initiatives across the Clearing, Settlement, & Middle Office area within Capital Markets broker dealer pillars. Various project drivers include Business or Process improvements, technology enhancement or system implementations, operational risk reduction, quality improvement, regulatory soundness, cost reduction, etc.The incumbent will work directly with relevant participants to define project parameters, success criteria, solutions, and timelines while deploying best practices in process analysis, requirements documentation, project planning, testing, and stakeholder communicationWhat will you do?
