Associate WSH Consultant

As a WSH Consultant, you will partner with our clients to build, implement and maintain robust workplace safety and health systems that comply with Singapore's WSH Act and regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Risk Assessment & Gap Analysis Conduct site audits and hazard identification across client worksites Perform quantitative and qualitative risk assessments Benchmark existing processes against WSH Act, bizSAFE and ISO 45001 requirements 2. Policy & Procedure Development Draft and refine WSH policies, emergency response plans, SOPs and MSDS Advise on engineering, administrative and PPE controls for identified hazards Develop reporting templates (incident reports, safety KPIs, audit checklists) 3. Training & Competency Building Design and deliver WSH training modules (e.g., permit-to-work, confined space, fire safety) Coach client personnel to become certified WSH Officers (WSHO) Evaluate training effectiveness via post-course assessments and toolbox ta...
