Associate/Assistant Director, Asset Mgt & Funds (Funds Team) (1-Yr Contract)

The Funds Team in MAS’ Asset Management and Funds Division seeks to sustainably grow Singapore’s asset management industry, and to enhance Singapore’s value proposition as a global funds centre for the co‑location of fund management and fund domiciliation activities.

The team monitors global trends and developments in the asset management industry and funds ecosystem to tap areas of growth in the sector. This includes:

• Enhancing investment fund structures that are available in Singapore such as trusts, limited partnerships and the Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) vehicle.
• Conceptualising and driving industry development projects.
• Efforts to modernise and digitalise the funds ecosystem.
