POSITION: ASSOCIATE LEGAL COUNSELL / LEGAL COUNSELL, PROCUREMENT LEGAL ADVISORY (IT) (CONTRACT) | CENTRALISED PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT

ROLE PURPOSE:

• Associate Legal Counsel / Legal Counsel (Procurement) is responsible for providing legal support and guidance on procurement contracts for efficient management of procurement processes in the Bank.
• This role involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating procurement contracts (e.g. SaaS agreements, software licensing, hardware purchase agreements, managed IT services and support & maintenance services) and related legal documentation, providing legal advice in the area of corporate/commercial law including contract law and collaborating with Senior Legal Counsel to develop and implement legal services standards and processes for an effective management of legal risks in the Bank’s procurement framework.
