  Job Description 
 You will be working with Head, Infrastructure Planning & Development (IPD) to:
 manage development projects from concept to completion.
 liaise with end users, work out design briefs, develop concepts and layouts, provide budget estimates, prepare for and handle tenders, recommend awards and supervise inhouse-managed projects.
 liaise with consultants, review submitted proposals and coordinate between consultants and end users for consultant-managed projects.
 monitor projects to ensure project compliance, quality workmanship and timely completion.
 space planning and control use of hospital space.
 any other duties assigned to the Department.

 Requirements
