Responsibilities
- Oversee CR schedule, manpower arrangement, daily progress, problem identifying, material issue based on current schedule.
- Wire harness mass pro schedule commitment with Sales & Planner
- Responsible to meet all production build, quality & shipment
- Training new operator, leader and technician and provide support production engineer
- Support manager and supervisor on Production management
- Monitor production assistance and leader job routine
