Job Description

Summary
This position reports to the Facility Manager for their assigned zone. The position is responsible for a wide variety of facility related tasks, including setups, breakdowns, grounds maintenance, snow removal, equipment operation and maintenance, event coverage and preparation, cleanup and furniture assembly. 
Responsibilities*

Operate power equipment and machinery, including trucks, tractors, loaders, forklifts, scissor lifts, street sweepers, riding reel and rotary mowers, gang and slope mowers, mechanical seeders and tillers, power and hand fertilizing equipment and other motorized vehicles and equipment.
Remove ice and snow from walks, drives, parking lots, steps, ramps, structures, building entrances and athletic fields using snow plows, power brooms, blowers and blades, truck mounted salting and de-icing equipment...
