Overview
Cognito Systems is seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to support the . Army’s rapidly expanding Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program at Joint Base Elmendorf‑Richardson.
This role goes beyond traditional athletic training. You will be part of the Army’s largest human‑performance initiative—an interdisciplinary effort that has already contributed to:
A 23% increase in Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) pass rates
Reduced musculoskeletal injuries
Improved behavioral health and overall readiness
