DEPARTMENT Sports Medicine- Secondary School REPORTS TO Manager- Sports Medicine EFFECTIVE DATE 3/23/2022 SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing high-quality sports medicine services; functioning effectively as a member of the sports medicine team; supporting Source's mission and vision; proactively leading and supporting local efforts that ensure delivery of safe patient care and services, and promoting a safe environment.
