Job Description Certified Athletic Trainer Graceland University is seeking a full-time Assistant Athletic Trainer on the Lamoni, Iowa campus. Founded in 1895 and sponsored by Community of Christ, Graceland is a community of passionate, caring, and dedicated individuals who make up a worldwide community network that reaches far beyond its two campuses. Lamoni is a city in Decatur County, Iowa. The population is about 2,052. Located an hour south of Des Moines; and about 2 hours north of Kansas City on I-35. This is an 11-month position reporting directly to the Director of Sports Medicine. Graceland University currently serves about 630 student-athletes across 23 varsity sports. Responsibilities include:
- providing athletic training services in the Athletics Department
- using the ATS software for injury tracking
- possible supervision of work study and Capstone internship students
