ATM / CRM Techno-Functional Support (L1 Operations)

We are looking for IT professionals with experience in ATM/CRM technologies and techno-functional operations to support deployment, monitoring, and operational activities for self-service banking machines.The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of ATM/CRM machines, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing operational reports.

• Support ATM/CRM deployment and rollout activities across locations.
• Handle day-to-day operational monitoring of ATM/CRM machines.
• Monitor ATM uptime, downtime, and performance metrics.
• Provide L1 techno-functional support and coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution.
• Track incidents and escalate issues to relevant teams when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to ATM/CRM performance.
