ATM Switch & Self-Service Support Analyst

VAM Systems is looking for an ATM Switch Technical Support Analyst to join their Dubai operations. The role requires 8 years of IT experience, focusing on ATM/CCDM applications. You will be responsible for maintaining service availability as per SLAs and resolving incidents effectively.

The Analyst will monitor ATM Switch and Self Service Terminals, track vendor support issues, and assist in project enhancements. This position is fulltime and requires immediate availability.
