Head Energy is looking for a skilled/experienced ATS Coordinator
**Pnr**:
ATS Coordinator is responsible to perform activities according to internal processes, and is responsible for the following tasks:
Coordination of supplier assistance in accordance with Company policies for the Agreement for Technical Services (ATS)
Initiate supplier call-off based on required approvals, signatures and documentation
Responsible for the formal information between The Company and supplier regarding site, onshore
- and offshore work (call of letter - following up mobilization of personnel).
Registration of personnel and required personnel information in The Companys Standard Tools
Verify available People on Board (POB) offshore
