Summary This position serves as an Attorney-Adviser to a Member of the National Labor Relations Board. The Board is responsible for the adjudication of unfair labor practice cases and representation cases arising under the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act of 1935, as amended. Responsibilities As a Attorney-Adviser (Labor) (Counsel to Board Member), GS-0905-11, your typical work assignments may include: Analyzing cases or portions of cases for the purpose of drafting recommendations to their Assistant Chief Counsel, Deputy Chief Counsel, and/or the Board Member. Drafting Board decisions and Board Member opinions. Assisting Board Members in developing Board policies, regulations, and procedures. Performing special legal research assignments.
