Attorney | M&A and Corporate Law (Monterrey)

We are looking for a professional with a law degree and experience in M&A and Corporate Law for our office in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Ideal Candidate

• A minimum of 5 to 7 years experience in Merger and Acquisitions or Corporate Law as a licensed attorney
• Excellent English communication skills (fluency in reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong client service orientation – a client first mentality
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Good communication skills and ability to build a strong working relationship with various stakeholders or clients
• Ability to work well in both a team and individually
• High sense of urgency
