REMOTE ROLE:
We are looking for an experienced (10+ yrs) attorney with hands-on experience in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters to support a busy legal practice in Clark, New Jersey (REMOTE capacity - local candidates only). This position is well suited to a lawyer who is confident managing debt recovery disputes, advising creditors, and moving cases forward with sound judgment and strong advocacy.
