Job Description
The Audiology Technician supports the audiologist in delivering high-quality patient care by providing both clinical and administrative assistance in a busy outpatient clinic. This role prepares patients for testing, performs hearing aid maintenance and basic repairs, schedules appointments, maintains equipment and supplies, and ensures accurate patient registration and documentation. The Audiology Technician serves as a patient advocate by helping patients navigate their care, coordinating referrals, and promoting a positive patient experience. This position works collaboratively with the audiologist and clinic team to ensure efficient daily operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
