Project based Fixed term contractor role
Purpose:
The role will manage and execute external audits of multinational legal entities.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Reconciliations
- Build Audit files
- Audit preparation
- Review Annual Financial Statements
- Audit execution - managing audit process from planning to sign‑off, responding to audit queries, ensuring good relationship with auditors
- Work with the business and Central Finance to ensure smooth audit of subsequent years:
- Internal control reviews to ensure readiness for more efficient auditor approaches (Controls audit vs Substantive audit - reduces sample sizes)
- Proactive Central Finance accounting reviews
- Ensure continuous compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards
