Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead audit compliance engagements.
- Provide supervision and assignments to team members by reviewing working papers completed by staff and drafting audit reports.
- Coordinate all phases of the engagement, including the execution of the quotation, engagement letter, communications with the client, staffing requirements, deliverables, timelines, client availability, job planning, and scheduling.
- Maintain contact with management regarding audit scope, status, and findings.
- Provide on‑the‑job training for staff.
- Supervise findings and follow‑up tasks with management and audit staff.
- Participate and/or lead assigned special projects or audit assignments.
- Assess and provide feedback on staff performance for staff evaluations.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum 4 years of related audit experience....
