Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Audit, Accounting & Tax department, including planning team structure and workflow.
- Develop and execute department strategies to support business growth.
- Manage client relationships and act as the key contact for major clients.
- Prepare, review, and approve quotations, proposals, and engagement terms.
- Advise clients on audit, accounting, and tax matters, including processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant laws, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Review reports, financial statements, and tax submissions before finalisation.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and expand services.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
