Autism Support Assistant – Eastleigh
£89 – £100 per day | Immediate Start Available
A specialist SEND school in Eastleigh are looking for an Autism Support Assistant to join their team.
This is not a “sit at the back of the classroom” kind of role.
You’ll be actively supporting pupils with Autism and communication needs throughout the day — helping with routines, emotional regulation, sensory needs and learning activities.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Patient
- Observant
- Consistent
- Calm under pressure
- Comfortable working as part of a team
Experience with PECS, Makaton or sensory strategies is beneficial, but not essential.
Perfect for applicants from:

- Psychology graduates
