Precision Engineering Machine Shop seeks a skilled and results-driven Team Leader Autos, Press & Plating to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of 20-25 employees. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong background in press tool production lines, lathe production lines, and chemical plating plants . Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate operations across the Autos, Press, and Plating sections. Ensure production plans are executed efficiently, meeting time, quality, and cost targets. Track production output, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and drive continuous improvements. Monitor machine, tool, and consumable levels to prevent production delays.
