- Ability to build or significantly enhance automation frameworks from scratch
- Experience integrating automated suites into deployment pipelines
- Mastery of at least one major programming language (Java, GoLang, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Hands-on experience architecting solutions using industry-standard tools like Selenium or Playwright
- Comfortable with REST, GraphQL, gRPC , and message brokers like Kafka
- Understanding of microservices vs. monolithic architectures and how data flows between them.
- Coached other engineers in the squad, in quality engineering best practices and has transformed quality posture using technical expertise and collaboration skills
- Strong experience in shifting quality left for complex projects within a team in an agile software delivery environment
