About The Role:  
The Automation Developer is responsible for designing, building, testing, and deploying high-quality automation solutions (AI-powered intelligent automation and Workflow Automation) that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across GSC operations. The role works closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, GDA, platform teams, and business SMEs to deliver reliable, secure, and maintainable automation products. The role also involves leveraging AI/ML capabilities including Generative AI and LLMs to build next-generation intelligent automation solutions. 
Key Responsibilities:  
Solution Design & Development  
Develop automation solutions using tools such as AI frameworks / Python / SQL  
Convert business requirements and process flows into technical workflows, scripts, and automation logic . 
Create reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate delivery.
