Automation Team Manager

Job Description:

L3Harris is looking for an Automation Team Manager with a strong technical and operational background to lead the design, development, and integration of electronic, software, and automation systems for naval mission-critical applications.

The role includes managing a multidisciplinary team of hardware, software, electronics, and automation engineers, with responsibility throughout the entire product lifecycle — from technical requirements definition and bid support to development, validation, industrialization, and in-service support.

The ideal candidate has experience managing complex and high-reliability systems, with particular focus on hardware/software integration, cybersecurity, control systems, industrial automation, and embedded platforms.

The Automation Team Manager reports directly to the Engineering Director.

Essential Functions:
