Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end test plans
- Manage all testing activities to meet project objectives
- Test functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility with legacy/external systems
- Oversee defect lifecycle from creation to closure, including triaging and prioritization
- Generate daily defect status reports
- Perform manual software testing, including dial testing for prepaid and postpaid scenarios
- Support cut-over activities and conduct test calls to verify network stability
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and improve quality
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in software testing
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, BI, GUI, Agile, Waterfall; TOAD is an advantage
- Proven experience in leading test teams
