Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Body Repair Technician will be instrumental in repairing vehicles to their pre-accident state. This role requires proficiency in assessing damage, replacing body panels, straightening frames, and preparing surfaces for paint. Your collaborative spirit with estimators and painters is essential to ensure quality repairs and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and document vehicle damage accurately
• Replace and repair damaged panels and frames
• Perform expert metalwork and surface preparation
• Follow safety protocols and manufacturer specifications
• Collaborate effectively with team members in the shop
Requirements:
• Licensure as a Red Seal Certified Body Technician preferred
