Automotive OEM - Warranty Administrator

We are currently seeking an experience Warranty Administrator to join this leading OEM located in Brisbane.  Hybrid role – 3 days in the office.

This role is responsible for reviewing and adjudicating warranty approvals and dealer claims, while providing professional support to dealer networks and ensuring compliance with OEM warranty policies.

Key responsibilities

• Review, assess and adjudicate work approval requests and warranty claims
• Apply OEM warranty policies and repair procedures accurately and consistently
• Process, approve, adjust or decline claims within the OEM warranty system
• Provide support and guidance to dealers on claim submission
• Identify trends and opportunities for process or system improvement
