Our client is looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Automotive Reception Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to join a leading automotive service centre group in Abu Dhabi, UAE .

If you have a strong background in automotive customer service operations, service reception, and team leadership within the UAE/GCC market, we would love to hear from you.

• Manage daily reception and customer service operations
• Lead and supervise reception and service advisor teams
• Coordinate service bookings and vehicle delivery processes
• Handle customer concerns and maintain high CSI scores
• Liaise with workshop, parts, and warranty departments
• Maintain CRM/DMS records and operational reporting
• Promote value-added services and customer retention initiatives
