Key Responsibilities:
• Sand, mask, prime, and seal surfaces as needed
• Mix and match paint for correct application
• Apply base and clear coats efficiently
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace
• Assist with minor bodywork tasks when necessary
Requirements:
• Over 3 years of automotive refinishing experience
• Valid Red Seal Certification or Journeyman
• Strong detail orientation and quality focus
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
