Automotive Service Co-ordinator/Customer Service - Brisbane

Our client, based in the Brisbane area, is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team. This is your opportunity to work with a market leader in the workshop equipment sector.

This role supports technicians and plays a key part in delivering a high‑quality service experience for all customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Customer service – booking and scheduling repairs, servicing, breakdowns and installations for the workshop
• Provide advice and quotations to customers and communicating with external contractors
• Ensure technicians have all the resources needed ie parts and job details/information
• Branch paperwork – invoicing, purchasing, costing etc
