As a Software Training & Transitions Trainer for Fixed Operations, you will guide customers through the PBS Dealer Management Software. This position requires building expertise in all software modules, assisting with installations, and ensuring customer confidence throughout the implementation process. You'll have opportunities to travel across Canada and the USA for training sessions and maintain strong relationships with your clients.
