Job Schedule: Hybrid 4 days at the office, 1 day home office; Availability to travel (30% anual).

Education Requirement: Automotive engineer or related (industrial, mechanical engineer).

A Day in the Life

• Project management of training process to implement in dealer network.
• Communication and support to training areas of dealers.
• Perform activities related to project management: budget control, purchase process and supplier management.
• Propose and follow up specific training and career plans according to job positions and KPIs.
• Measure and analyze staff turnover and propose strategies to assure the training level in the dealer’s technician.
• Measure and analyze the performance of the main positions in the dealer network (KPIs impact).
• Plan and execute the training program as technical instructor.
