**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
**Overtime:** Available on Fridays

**Position Overview**
The aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, repairing, and maintaining complex electrical power systems and components used in high-performance environments. This role supports the full lifecycle of electrical equipment by ensuring systems meet strict quality, safety, and reliability standards.
Technicians work in a production and service environment focused on precision, compliance, and continuous improvement, contributing to the performance and safety of advanced electrical systems.
