Aviation Production Supervisor

The Production Supervisor directs daily rotary-wing maintenance production operations, assigning work to mechanics and technicians to meet aircraft availability requirements and scheduled delivery dates. This position serves as the primary point of coordination between the maintenance floor, Quality Control, and Production Control, ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with applicable technical orders, manufacturer publications, and contract requirements. The Production Supervisor monitors work-in-progress, resolves production bottlenecks, and enforces compliance with safety, FOD prevention, and tool control programs. They also mentor lead mechanics and provide first-line accountability for workmanship quality and on-time job completion.
