AVP, Middle Office - Securities & Derivatives

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Confirmation and Settlements team for global markets and products.
• Ensure timely and accurate trade confirmations and settlements.
• Oversee exception management and resolve trade discrepancies with clients, custodians, and counterparties.
• Drive automation and Straight Through Processing (STP) initiatives to enhance efficiency and propose improvements.
• Demonstrate expertise in the strategic application of artificial intelligence, including machine learning and generative AI, to identify business opportunities, lead innovation, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-driven projects from conception to execution.
• Maintain expertise in post-trade workflows for all asset classes.
• Develop and implement business initiatives, client solutions, and projects related to securities and derivatives settlement.
